Bhadale Holdings (or a famous holding company )

As depicted in image, we have several divisions with diverse portfolio that ensures we play safe with investors money and reduce risks of loss from one engagement.

Our six divisions are Bhadale Farms, Bhadale Retail, Bhadale IT, Bhadale Real Estate, Bhadale Engineering, & Bhadale R&D These are our first layer, and are Wholly owned Subsidiaries (WOS), which are Horizontal subsidiaries.We currently have no plan for vertical subsidiary layers, as we are still in early stage.  So we have no issues with layering and funds transfer among the subsidiaries

Above all, we have a steering committee and board members who operate and hold the responsibilities of the investor / holder and offer governance, compliance, leadership and guidance to the internal staff based on the interest of the stake holders.

Please note that our business is currently family owned and managed.Ownership of external representatives / business partners does not  exist, so they do not own any assets or liabilities. We are not responsible to honor any claims either from any parties/ members outside the two families, with surnames Bhadale and Mohire, unless explicitly stated for business purpose.
