Yes! We are a startup. Our core skills lie in IT and Engineering products and services. Apart from this, we help you with your research, & modernization projects and our support for any technical issues that we handle
How do I believe in your expertise?

We have well-trained, licensed engineers and managers, who will take care of your needs. We do not offer you alternative staff and offer you the requested role only, may be an engineer, technician or a manager, as per your request. Most of our staff are well qualified and hold various international licenses to practice in their area. We do not discriminate and provide services to all.
How do I escalate, or reach out to your boss?"

Our Staff page provides you with the required names and details of the senior authorities. We also have listed emails/ mobiles of our staff at the end of each page. So you can message them or call our staff nearest to you.
I am not satisfied by your service, can i claim a refund?"

Sure, please let us know what your issue is. We will try to fix it. If not, you can claim refund, subject to withholding of any tax-related amount or administration charges. We do not play games and are open for criticism.
